I grew up in the greater New York City area, where we have some of the greatest food on the planet. I will tell you that when it comes to Chinese food, this restaurant did not disappoint. The food is outstanding! The restaurant is clean and the service is good. I do need to tell you, however, that you may encounter a language barrier, so be aware of that particularly when it comes to discussing your order. This place is authentic in every way! I usually do takeout from FZ and the food is a little better than average to good. However, everytime I've eaten in, (over 7 times) the food is terrible. I dont know why this is, but it's always too salty. Always a disappointment when dining in. Always better with take out. So if it's your first time, think about doing take out.
My family and I have been eating at FZ since we moved to Dexter in 2017. We've never eaten inside, always takeout, but the food is delicious (my son's love it too) and if they make the very rare mistake, they make it right! They once forgot a small side of white rice and offered to deliver it or give me credit. They delivered the rice and gave me extra for the trouble. Good food, great service, amazing people!
