We hired them to cater a pre-rodeo reception for donors and friends at the MSU Pavilion and couldn’t have been happier with the food. Brynn made the process so easy, from offering suggestions when it came to setting the menu, to setting up the day of, and following up after the event. The food was phenomenal, we had rave reviews from guests, and I personally can’t wait to bring family and friends to Saddleback for dinner so they can experience it as well. This definitely won’t be the last time we hire them for an event!“

“On a typical college town Saturday night at 1AM, the line was growing, and I also noticed the mobile order ticket queue growing as well. The team behind the counter was absolutely cool as cucumbers and extremely friendly. Despite being flooded with orders with less than an hour before closing, their attention to detail for every order they made by hand was impressive as heck. My pizza was absolutely delicious as well. “As a fellow restaurant worker the chicken carbonara was a solid 8/10 I worked in fine dining and this pretty close with the substitutions. The meat was well seasoned, there was enough broccoli and bacon wasn't skimpy at all. The bread sticks caught me by surprise they were awesome! Pizza was good didn't have expectations but I was also hot, nothing was cold and the staff were friendly. They always checked on the guests when they came to the lobby, every had a positive attitude.First time customer, see you again....“

“We are from out of town and here for a tournament and needed a place that would hold about 20 people. They said they had a back room so we went. When we pulled up my heart sank a little. The place is not at all what we expected. I felt like it was moldy smelling when we walked in but someone we were with said it was probably the smell of the beer making process so i can't confirm or deny that information. Most of the teens did not love their pizza but the adults thought it was fine. The paninis were decent and the spinach artichoke dip was good. If we ever came back to this area i would basically just come for their house made beers and ciders. They were excellent. The mixed berry cider was not sweet at all and I really enjoyed it. Their homemade soda was great too. My kids mixed the cream soda and orange to make a creamsicle. That was delicious. Service was good and they checked up on us even though you order from a counter so that was nice.“

“Went to Falsettas last night we live in Jackson Zand have been going there for years. We waited 15 min to be seatedand they were empty. The food was horrible veal parmesan was so tough you couldn't cut it. Garlic toast Was old. Mac & cheese was gummy.and the Prices have gone way up. Won't go there again“

“We moved to Grand Ledge in 2021 and had Peppino’s pizza for the first time. Ever since we have been frequent customers. The garlic breadsticks and ranch has to be some of the best in town. Prices are great and the quality of pizza is amazing. 10/10 would always recommend.“

You could see he had assumed tip would be low to nothing but attitude changed instantly when that was not the case. “Good pizza that was as true to Marcos brand. Other locations have been a slight bit better made, but no real concerns about overall quality.The main issue was delivery time which my driver explained as being due to understaffing. Having worked in similar positions in the past, this can be something that happens, and perhaps it was a one-off day, but in the end, it did impact service as my food came about an hour late.I can't say anything about the location in person as I have not visited this one.“
