I love hungry Howies I get hungry Howies most days for lunch in Walled Lake and normally I never have any issues and most times I just pick up my order however tonight I was without a car and my boys were hungry so I ordered delivery.. Not used to delivery charges of $6.35 but okay whatever I needed the food on top of a $3.50 tip.. I know the driver gets part of, if not all of the money from the delivery charge. So I was thrown back a bit when the driver got out of his red Jeep...
I placed an online order for carryout and due to the extremely cold temperatures, my battery was dead. I called the location and was greeted by Robyn (sp?) who immediately and competently took care of all the details to change the order to delivery. Despite the heavy volume of orders and other presses on her time, she was quick, friendly, efficient and had a calming don't worry, we'll take care of you attitude. She is exactly what you want in a customer service organization....
I have a disabled son who needs pizza almost every day. So ive been to this hungry howies around 600 times in the last 2 years. Ive never had a single wrong order or poorly made food. Every employee who works here does a fantastic job and i now know almost all of them by name as they are all polite and attentive. Tip them they deserve it. Ive been eating hungry howies for around 35 years and this is hands down the best location in southeast michigan.
