The staff here are phenomenal and clearly work their tails off to be efficient, polite, and friendly. It’s a nice change of pace where a lot of those things seem to have been lost. In particular, Marissa does a fantastic job at managing. Keep up the great work!
I just love this biggby, they are so hilarious here. One time the girl on drive through said “I love you” before I left, so I said it back ofc. They gave me stickers once! They’re always so sweet and hilarious I pretty much only go to this location.
EVERYONE needs to go to THIS biggby. I don’t care where you live, this one is everything. I’ve been going to this Biggby for months and let me tell you guys something, everyone who works there is so incredibly nice. There’s this one woman, Jana, who is the sweetest ever. She always remembers my order when I walk in and we always have a conversation about the most random things. She literally makes my day every time I go in there.
