“I stopped in for the first time to treat myself for my bday because one of my friends recommended this place. The owners were so nice, the store had a nice relaxing feeling and everything in the cases looked fresh, pretty & delicious. I bought a few things which included a lemon pound cake cookie and wow it has to be one of the best lemon cookies I’ve ever had! I’m glad I stopped in and recommend you stop in sometime too. “Always a good backup when MSU dairystore is not open. Food ice-cream and the location is ideal, located right in the middle of downtown East Lansing. Twh flavor options are good, I went for Cheesecake and Cotton candy mixed with fresh raspberries.“

“I have tried about every flavor of cupcakes that Cakes A Bloomin has as well as the cookies and all were so delicious. Recently I ordered a cake for a retirement. One of the guest started scraping the frosting off of her piece of cake as she dislikes frosting. Her spouse coaxed her into trying it. She approached me asking for directions to the bakery and said that she wanted to gobble the frosting and said that she no longer dislikes frosting as long as it is from Cakes A Bloomin. The cake was a big hit with no left over cake. Thank you for making such delicious sweet treats and for giving the best in customer service!!“
