I took a sketch my fiancé made designing her own customized themed birthday cake to Bake N Cakes. The service was wonderful and pleasantly compromising. The employee I showed the sketch to was enthusiastic to capture the vision of the sketch. The price was reasonable and the quality of the cake overall was moist, fresh and delicious. Always like to support a local small business and we have visited Bake n’ Cakes many times. Anything out of their counter has always been very good! But we ordered a custom cake over the phone recently. While placing the order we gave a few details about what we wanted but apparently that is where we went wrong.
