Service was super nice, especially Darius, Brandon and Stella!
Darrius was great amazing customer service
Besides always being busy and having to wait a little while, the service and customer service here are absolutely outstanding. No matter how crazy the rush gets, the crew is always smiling and treating everyone professionally. I’ve noticed multiple times that some customers start losing their patience because of the wait, yet the staff always stays calm, respectful, and on point. Huge respect and applause to the entire crew! 👏 I wish you all the best with the insane amount...read full review

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a busy restaurant where customers may have to wait a little while, but the service and customer service are outstanding. The crew stays smiling and professional even during a rush, and staff remain calm and respectful when customers lose patience. The atmosphere is very clean, generous, and friendly, and everything is made and baked fresh daily. The shop also reached out to donate bagels that were not sold at the end of the day to a local homeless shelter, which helps a lot. One customer placed a grub hub order for a coffee and bagel, and when the delivery partner did not arrive for more than an hour and a half, an employee made a fresh coffee and bagel and delivered it. Another customer ordered the Maplehouse Egg Sandwich with one egg on an everything bagel, a blueberry muffin, and a classic large cold brew shake through Uber Eats. Everything was fresh and delicious, with great portions for the price. The Maplehouse Egg Sandwich has cage-free eggs with pork sausage, bacon, and cheddar. The honey almond shmear is a nice nutty, not too sweet cream cheese spread. The blueberry muffin has blueberries baked into the muffin and a cinnamon-streusel crumble topping. The cold brew shake is cold brew coffee blended with sweet cream, chocolate, and topped with whipped cream. The food is always tasty, and the atmosphere is a vibe.
