I really want this store to do well. We have been here twice now since it's opening. The first trip was excellent. Food and service couldn't be better. I'm assuming help from other locations because the second trip was not as good. We waited 25 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food at the drive through. The tacos were superb (the reason for 3 stars and not 2). Started eating the crunch wrap there was no crunch. The crunchy part was soggy...
the food… chefs kiss, genuinely the best beefy 5 layer and crunchy taco i’ve ever had from any taco bell. the food was fresh, the staff is nice, and the service was super fast! they even put sauce in napkins in my box without me having to ask! my only complaint is that my cinnamon twist were only half full, besides that, amazing store!
Definitely one of the better Taco Bell stores I've been to. The cheese is actually melted, the food isnt squished into the bag, and they stack the food properly. Puts a couple of other local franchises to shame. Will definitely be my first option in town for food.
