“This place was an absolute treat to visit today. Drove past it and saw the park outside which is what initially drew up but after going in and seeing all they had to offer I was really blown away. My kids had an absolute blast, the employees went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and give suggestions, and everything we tried there was amazing. The coffee, the donuts, and the chocolate covered cherries are all things I can vouch for. If were ever in the area again we will definitely be back.“
“Beautiful inside and outside Incredible nursery with every plant imaginable. Enjoyed a wonderful yogurt parfait with fresh cut Michigan peaches made by a very dapper, lovely gentleman who was so charming and friendly. He spent so much time giving us great travel tips to see the area. What a lovely place with friendly employees and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend eating outside in their garden cafe which feels nothing like a restaurant but had some great offerings. Told they have live music on the weekends which we didn't get to experience but I'd you are in the area don't miss this gem.“
“My wife loved the Iron Skillet.I had the biscuits and gravy, so good. The biscuit was huge and the gravy plentiful. Our waitress was fun and helpful. That homemade cinnamon toast was delicious. Most definitely, we will stop by any time we're in the area.“
“Excellent place to just chill and work. I had a cinnamon brown sugar latte and a cherry strudel, both of which were delicious. Staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and charming. I will be back next time I'm in the area!“
“We loved this charming local establishment. Central Lake is a quiet little enclave nestled between Torch Lake and Grand Traverse Bay and we felt so welcomed by staff and local patrons alike, and the food was excellent (hint: be sure and pick up a "french toast" muffin to go when you're done eating). It can be difficult to find good and reasonable priced dining in resort areas, so this one should definitely be on your list! Our hotel hostess was familiar with Touch of Class, but said she would mention it to other guests as well, as it's just a short 9-min. drive.“
“We stopped in for pie and coffee. If you like pie and coffee, you’ll be VERY happy here. We had the strawberry-rhubarb and the raspberry pies. The strawberry-rhubarb was very good but slightly over sweetened for my taste and without a strong underlying flavor to make it go. The raspberry pie also sweet but had a raspberry punch that made it an excellent pie. All the pies are made on-premise by the way. The coffee, while not gourmet, stands up well to the pie.“
