“I'm happy to have Petit 4 Pastry shop right here in my neighborhood! I stopped by this morning to pick up treats for my new neighbors and had a friendly conversation with the pastry decorator, who helped me select the perfect treats for my friends. She also offered tastings of a few customer favorites. I left with 3 lovely boxes of goodies, and a promise to return soon to begin "tasting my way through the pastry case". :-)“

“Every time we go here, there is never any doughnuts. I asked when the best time to go there to get donuts is and they said before noon. So we made our way to Tim Hortons before noon today and ordered six vanilla dip donuts and a Blackberry mint refresher. only to realize they gave us six vanilla cream donuts instead. 😑 I went back to get my order corrected and not only was he going to charge for the new doughnuts, he was charging me the 6pk price for 4 vanilla dip doughnuts.when I told him that was absurd and I wanted to speak to a manager he said "well I am the general manager and you have a nice day". so I pulled up to the window because my kid has been trying to get these vanilla dip donuts for a week now. and the so-called general manager refused to sell them to me. so I called the headquarters and made an official complaint. we were treated so poorly I will never go to Tim Hortons again.“

“Talk about customer service. I needed a few Christmas cut outs. I didn’t notice the time. They appeared to just be closing. The extremely pleasant gentleman let me get my cookies. Saved the day.“

“I live in royal oak, and a friend turned me on to Rosie's when going to my cabin in Gladwin. It's right off 75. It's clear as soon as you walk in that it's a clean, quaint, pleasant little spot. Patty and her crew are the best. So nice and patient while i gaze at all the delectable treats and pastries. The pies and cookies are to die for! Heath cookies are my fav! I just found out they cater also. I can't say enough good about Rosie's! They supply to a lot of local diner/restaurants too. So you may have eaten her pies and not known it. Thanks Patty your the best!“
