“I love Frankenmuth & Zehnders, my German family has been coming since I was a young child (age 66 now) but I want to know why the “hot Chicken Sandwich” has been altered to such a “Small” sandwich? I mean terribly changed! We always loved the hot chicken sandwich the way it was, on larger bread with gravy with giblets and mashed potatoes, but the last time I was there recently I was so disappointed by what I got. I know times are tough but I think we pay enough as it is for this sandwich. Please go back to the way it was, sometimes cutting back doesn’t benefit you, it makes you appear cheap“

“Stopped in on the way home today (July 6th) and noticed the whole outlet mall was packed! All of which had sales but none beat the sales here. There were packages of cookies priced between $1.75 and about $3. TONS of cookies of all types and flavors. One whole wall was just cookies. The other was all goldfish and a huge selection of those. Much, much better pricing than at a grocery store.

I've been wanting to stop by here for a while now and finally got to do so today. We left with about 10 bags of cookies, a couple bags of goldfish and some crackers. Happy I stopped and will definitely be coming back.“
