“I drive 20 miles just for their pies! They have a great selection, whole pies or by the slice. They also have hand pies! Last time I got coconut cream, strawberry/rhubarb, keylime. All were delicious! If you want pie, this is the place! The staff are very friendly as well.“
“Absolutely to die for!! Kinda wish I never tried this place cause now im gonna have cravings for that cannoli parfait ?? the brownies.... don't even have to say they're incredible. and the edible cookie dough was also top notch!!! they threw in a chocolate covered pretzel for me too. I love having somewhere like this locally! Thanks magic brownie box!“
“Had an incredible experience here as a vendor for a permanent jewelry pop up. Ali reached out to me - she’s professional, a solid communicator and total joy to be around. In fact, the entire staff was that way and completely accommodating. The bagel bombs. Are. You. Kidding. Me?! A must have. Best bagel consistency. Totally fresh. I had a customer fav - the bacon jalapeño. I also enjoyed a cafe miel “the bees knees” and matcha. Would absolutely order it all again. One thing that stood out was the relationship with their regulars. They had a lighthearted, “day-maker” vibe and attracted the kindest people.Absolutely recommend going here!“
“Love these donuts! I'll have to take pics next time! They have this pineapple upside down muffin, it's to die for! We always get a variety! They have so many to choose from but it's definitely best to get there earlier in the day, so you can have a wider selection.“
“Everything! lol! I ordered the sourdough sandwich bread, bagels, pumpkin spice and blueberry muffins, the oatmeal raisin and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and they were all great! I will definitely be ordering in the future! Thank you, Bethany! You have an awesome business! ❤️“
“This local restaurant in Michigan has it's positive and negatives regarding accessibility. The door to the restaurant is narrow, a single door, which could be problematic for someone in a wheelchair for example, it is also a pull door with a small handle, which could also present difficulties for someone. Upon entering, the line to order food also intersects with tables for seating creating a very narrow area, but also a very overstimulating one. The kitchen is not blocked off by a full wall, thus the sounds from the kitchen, staff, and people eating presents a very noisy environment that could be overstimulating for some, and also make it challenging for someone with a hearing impairment to hear. Though this could present an issue for someone, the website offers the menu and screen reading is available, thus this could help someone determine what they want to eat prior to going inside, which could aid the audio issue but also prevent anxiety around ordering in a busy and loud area. There are three big windows at the front, and on a sunny day there is nothing to block it, which could be another barrier to accessibility. The tables in the restaurant are a positive as there are many different kinds, high top, low top, and booths, which allows people to chose what they prefer, and could also allow for more accessibility. The bathrooms at the back of the restaurant have wide doors, are very large, and are singles, which could help if someone needed more space in the bathroom for various reasons.“
“They did our daughters first birthday cakes - 1 for guests and 1 smash cake. Not only were the decorations better than what we imagined but the cake was delicious. My guests were asking to take some home. The customer service was top notch as well. We won’t go anywhere else for cakes!“
“While the store's cannoli are undeniably delicious and the customer service exceptional, the overall experience is marred by a cluttered and unkept atomosphere. The charming potential of the store is overshadowed by disorganization, both in front of the counter and behind the counter. I wonder what the kitchen looks like? Yikes!“
“YATES has the BEST Hard-Ice-Cream in Lake Orion, my family is lucky to be able to bike-ride here to burn those calories. We LOVE the coffee & donuts, cider, many unique food items honey, pretzels, jams. HINT: Ask for a Harry Potter BUTTERBEER shake... no, its not as good as the ones at Universal but wowzer,,, its good enough to fill your craving until your next trip to FL“
“As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with so many friendly faces great customer service, fair prices, and so friendly. They immediately gave my kids balloons and free samples to try keeping them very happy while we chose our flavors very quick service honestly have no complaints at all. I will be back very soon.“
“Just had my first visit here and was completely satisfied. I had a Cinnamon tea with honey and it was delicious. I saw many things here I would love to try, and will on future visits. Looking forward to going back and experiencing the other fare they have to offer.“
“These are some of the best cookies and small baked goods I've had since I stopped baking myself! I have not tasted anything yet that I wasn't an immediate fan of, so much so that I have to pace myself to eating just one or two a day instead of my entire purchase when I get home. The scones are the most moist and tasty I've ever had (even the jalapeno, which I didn't think I'd like). The mini-banana breads are a delight, and the cookies (especially the Snickerdoodles) just take me right back to my mother's/aunt's/and my own baking! Just a wonderful shop!“
