“Thank you so much for being so nice and thoughtful tonight with our order! We had to wait almost a half an hour for our food, not a big deal for extra crispy! We never complained, but you went above and beyond to show you’re appreciation, and now we want to do the same. That’s what I call outstanding customer service! We were so surprised when we got home, and to have it happen on our way home from me just having surgery was amazing (not that you knew that). The food was absolutely delicious! Thank you!!“

“Bought a chicken dinner from your Euclld store today at 5 :00. There was 1 piece missing, the chicken was overcooked, shorted on the potatoes! When I say overcooked I mean it was obvious it had been fried twice ! Brought it back and you replaced the chicken with the same crap! No more KFC for me“

“Staff is very friendly. It doesn't matter what day or time I go to KFC, the staff is always friendly. The chicken? A bit over cooked? Maybe under the heating lamp too long because it was very hard a chewy. The restaurant was clean but it had fruit flies flying around in December? Staff is lovely. Food is ok. And the cleanliness was ok.“
