“Dec 31st 2025, pretty much empty and I had to pick something up for my wife and I from here.
It's been a while since I've been to Panera, and the lady behind the main counter/bread area was kind enough to help he guide to the pick up area, instead of waiting for a call-out.
I ordered coffee as well with the syrup option, but didn't know where the syrup was, and she helped me out again by taking the coffee from me to the espresso bar and bringing it back. What she did NOT know is I'm recovering from a knee procedure, and didn't want to walk all the way to the bar and back. That minor gesture of kindness was something that could make anyone's day. So, thank you to that lady who helped me 12/31/2025 around 3:45 pm.“

“Loved my time here. From easy ordering, where you mark what you want on your paper, to authentic Japanese seating and TV. I came for just a snack in between meals and got two onigiri and edamame and decided to eat in, though I could have marked to take out. Service was fresh and quick, I’ve never eaten a hot onigiri before and it was delicious!! Highly recommend!!“

“My office places carry out orders here quite frequently after we discovered the “crunch wraps”. The chicken caesar crunch wrap is one of the best caesar wraps i’ve had thus far. Always delicious and fresh tasting. Very decent portions too“

“Visited friends there. Food was very hot, served quickly. Atmosphere was nice too. Prices were good for the quality. Like most Chinese restaurants the food is Americanised. Would love some true cuisine as an option. Worth the drive for us though and if in that area again, would stop“

“I can't say enough great things about Picasso Deli! I moved away from the Novi area ten years ago. When I find myself back in town I always need to stop in and grab a chicken salad tweener! The staff is always friendly, this is a great lunch spot not to be missed!“

“No andes mints anymore? I didn't ask but it's been a long time and I thought you got little chocolate mints with your check. But we had to use an electronic kiosk to pay so maybe that's why. Anyways server called a dish by the wrong name so we sent it back but then it turns out it was the right dish all along, I asked for a new napkin cause I spilled sauce on my sweater and I never got a napkin... But otherwise I love olive garden food and our waiter was very nice! I would still eat here and recommend it 👍🏼“

“I was just in today (around 1:30) and ordered a croissant chicken sandwich and slice of quiche. Wanted to shout out the kind woman who made and packed my meal- quickly made, delicious, and *thank you for your generosity*. Guy taking my order: you're cool too! Everyone was so nice and I was in and out. Exactly what I needed for lunch!!“

“Great food, quiet atmosphere where you can hold a conversation with your friends and family. We enjoyed our food and waited until our second visit before deciding on how well the experience measured to our first visit. I must say the standard is consistent and you will not be sorry. A definite must try.“

“Authentic Georgian food that tastes absolutely amazing! Tucked away in a strip mall, it has a modern interior with an open ceiling design and black walls decorated with various Georgian paintings and costumes. The food is very well seasoned and came out fast. The menu is rather small, but everything on there is delicious.“
