“I fumbled the ball on ordering a cake in time for my daughter’s graduation. After realizing my mistake I called a few great places who were of course, booked. And Never Forgotten said hold. Talked to the Baker and made it happen including an additional request for two trays of mixed little pastries brownies cookies and one with raspberry. They are amazing at this shop where I love to snatch the infamous old world bread right off the shelf. Long story short, everything was perfect for my grad and we even called to pick it up a little late-it was “sure thing” in response to every request from start to finish. I’ll be stopping by soon to thank you again. You really make delicious Everything! I now am in love with two bakeries. Heaven help me!“

“We tried their Cream bun, Dilkush, Paneer Pizza, Kachori chat, Chole Batura, Kathi roll, Panini, Mango pastry and Falooda. Every thing was freshly prepared and served without any delay. Falooda was average but rest all were thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend!“

“I placed my order online this time and it was ready within 2 mins of arrival. The chocolate chunk cookie was gooey and delicious. The French toast cookie/brownie (was a customer's choice) was sooo good, the smell alone was heavenly. The chocolate brownie was so good. I think the earlier you go the better, last time I went around 6pm and some were sold out. This morning they were warm and delicious.

Whether you get it plain, with cheese, or za’atar, it’s always fresh and delicious. Their manakish and cheese pies are also top-notch! Friendly staff and great service make this place a must-visit. I was taken back by the sheer beauty and wide array of products. A plethora of fresh mouthwatering baked goods throughout the store, various stations with cheeses and delicious charcuterie, Halal options for the Muslim shopper like myself, a friendly and diverse staff, and aisle after aisle of delicious looking goods stacked neatly on each shelf. Mr. Eddie told me that this location is over fifty years old! Also that everything is guaranteed fresh and stocked daily. He was even so kind as to give me a vegetarian lasagna worth nearly $20 completely free of charge. I’m incredibly grateful to my maker, Allah The Most High, Most Glorified God That I was given the great idea to stop by Cantaro’s today. I highly recommend this place to everyone that loves Italian food especially with halal options. I am positive the poor and needy will love these treats! “Just had our 5 year old birthday party here today and the staff are well oiled machines! I have seen them in action one time before a year ago at another kids party and they have the party down to a “T”. Everyone is so professional and eager to help so you don’t lift a finger. They are also very enthusiastic throughout the entire experience. The party is also reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough when you want to sit back and relax!“

“I loved the Detroit location but it's almost an hour drive away. They expanded to open on Orchard Lake Road near West Bloomfield/Keego. This location has all the same bakery goods, cafe setting, and throws in free parking. It's like having an authentic French bakery in my backyard. This is the second time I ask for my bread to be well done and they served it to me cooked regular. I asked them 3 times to make them well done.

“Been coming here for years now, so does my parents, I can honestly say the best bakery in town. They have the best meat, cheese and zaatar pie, I have tried every single bakery before and no one even compares to them. They close down during ramadan and since I have 4 little kids I try to get breakfast from other bakeries my kids refuse to eat it. This bakery is so underrated. Highly recommend.“
