I had created an online order. The app told me it would be ready by 3:30. I showed up around 3:40 and the app said it was ready. They had not even gotten my order. I was pregnant and hormonal and upset because they couldn’t refund me, make it, nothing. Told me their hands were tied on their end and that I’d have to contact the app and request a refund.
