Great customer service. Download the app for great discounts. I love to do the easy online order and just pick up. They messed up my online order once and they did everything in their power to make things right! I am still a regular customer.!
The reason this Subway gets 4 stars instead of a 3 star review is because when I asked if I could substitute a cookie for the bag of chips that was included in my lunch value meal they actually volunteered that I could actually get 2 cookies instead of the bag of chips. A lot of places would have just said yes I could get a cookie instead and justified it as they gave me what I wanted and it was my fault if I didn't ask for the maximum. The staff at the subway were awesome however the amount of food you get for the price isn't really worth it. I think it cost way too much to eat at Subway even for one person specially these days. I personally am not a veggie person I like all meet at my Subs which makes it even pricier because if you don't get extra meat on something you end up with a very thin sub with a lot of bread
