Detroit BKs are back open, with a very busy spot and long drive-thru lines. Despite the wait times and lack of cleanliness in the lobby, the staff is friendly and the food is made properly and in a timely fashion. Customers have had no issues with their orders and appreciate the freshly made food. It is suggested to hire more employees and train them well to improve the overall speed and service quality. In one instance, there was a lack of customer service at the drive-thru window, but the food was served hot after a 30-minute wait. Overall, the reopened Burger King location has shown improvement and comes recommended for a visit.
