Time open 10am pulls up to drive thru 11:13 . No one greets me or even say hey where not taking orders at this time or it might take a minute. No matter how you’re feeling that day or how you feel about the ppl you have to serve. You have a business and CUSTOMER SERVICE is your first priority! I was visiting from Yorkville IL the service was great .The young lady at the drive up widow was so very nice my granddaughter want to say hi I ask can you say hi to her she started ta to my granddaughter so nice my food was so hot I don't have Church Chicken here this part of Illinois I enjoy will go back next time in Detroit Michigan 100 service Thank-you ☺😊
Customer Service, the young ladies that worked there straight attitudes, The chicken taste like nothing now literally does not have a taste every time I go. And what’s the deal with not having spicy anymore? You promote spicy spicy spicy I can order online expect to have spicy. We don’t have spicy. Why not? The chicken used to be good is not there anymore. I give up I give it an 2 out of 10.
