The worst pizza delivery service ever! Pizza arrived an hour past original delivery time and was missing items from my order. Tried calling the store several times instead to be put on hold and never picked up again. Also, they use Doordash for delivery who do not take any responsibility for the order being delivered.
Please start showing customers their order before bagging it up and handing it to them to make sure their order is correct. I placed and order yesterday for 2 personal pan pizzas with extra cheese (that I was charged for) and I also selected LIGHT sauce there was not extra cheese and these pizzas were smothered in sauce.
I don't know what happened but their Pizza is not as good as they used to be. I used to eat Pizza Hut almost every day now. It's just too much dough and crust and the flavor is lacking. Their personal PAN Pizza was the best and they changed the ingredients. So now they're just not worth it.
