“I order a smoothie every day before I go to work. Most of the tome service is great. I call my order in e every night. You have one employee that answers the phone like she is at home. Just Hello. Very poor customer service. Not Hello this is Tropical Smoothie. Just Hello Hello. Need training on how to answer a business call. Plus they cannot count if the register doesn't do it for them. Even when trying to figure it out with the calculator. They all need a short math class. But most are very polite. Teach them basic math or you will get the short end of the stick.“
