Shout out to the kids running the drive thru this morning. The cold cream was still frozen for the mocha cold brews we ordered. We didn’t know what to do since the cold cream is one of the main reasons we LOVE ordering cold brews. The kids thought on their feet and came up with a solution and still made AWESOME cold brews for us! Good job on finding a way to solve the issue for us and making sure we left happy! 😊
