UPDATE ! I received notification today that I will be refunded the $7 I gave the clerk for my drink on Saturday. Kudos to Biggby of Mundy Twp for doing the right thing!
I went to this Biggby on Saturday 8-9-25, and ordered a drink. I scanned my app and Anastasia said my next drink will be free since that was scan #13. I paid the $6.14 for the drink and drove away. (I actually gave her $7.00 and she kept the change as a tip.)

We love this Biggby. great service and friendly baristas. They always make drinks right. The mgr even gave us coupons one time.♥️
Super slow here and when you get a large, 1/4 of the cup is all whip cream. I ordered a coffee. Not a cup of whip cream and it’s like that every time we come.
