Ordered my food at 8 and got my food at 9:23. Tonight is the BOGO free wings. Got home to only received 6/10 wings. I called the manager Tyler and he was so nice and thoughtful. He refunded my order. Even though I want to give this place a 2/10. His customer service was 10/10. That right there is why I will be coming back.

Buffalo Wild Wings offers a great dining experience with attentive servers who take care of customers' needs. However, some servers may be less motivated and forgetful, failing to provide basic necessities. Despite this, the food is consistently amazing, and the manager's kindness, such as offering free items, makes up for any shortcomings. The carry-out counter staff, like Ashley and Aleah, have been praised for their hard work and kindness, even going the extra mile to help a pregnant customer. Customers appreciate the restaurant's efforts and will return for more, especially when servers like Dominik provide excellent service.
