“I usually go thu the drive thru, sometimes go in. I have mill allergies. They're always accommodating. If the person at the window doesn't know they always grab another person but most of the time most of the people taking my order are very privy to items containing dairy or look it up quickly! Ty for being so allergy friendly and never making me feel like a burden when the lines always hopping ! Very quick and efficient“
“My wife ordered a tea using the app but didn’t know what the official name of their medicine ball tea was called so she ordered one hoping it was it. When I picked up the order they asked me if that’s what she really wanted or was she wanting the medicine ball which officially is honey citrus mint. Then they remade her tea and offered me both. Amazingly friendly staff. Made our day for sure!“
“I've only done the drive-thru for this store. They always get my food and drink order right. Sometimes there's a little bit of wait in the line, especially if I stop by near breakfast or lunch rush. Baristas are always nice over the speaker, and work with me if I want to do something custom.
I always order at the speaker, so I can't speak to ordering through the mobile app.
It's a little expensive for what you get And prices have gone up over time. I like the shaken espresso drinks since they have a good strong coffee flavor.“
“I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! The store is always clean, the service is quick, and every time I come in my drink is made perfectly. It’s consistently so good, I’ve never had a single issue here. Each of the staff members are always very kind and welcoming.
I want to give a shout out to Jazzy. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and truly went above and beyond. She always makes the drinks perfectly and even suggests flavor combos when I want to try something new. Customer service like that is rare and so appreciated.
Because of her and the overall reliability of this location, this is officially the only Starbucks I’ll be driving to from now on. In my opinion, it’s the best one in the area. Highly recommend!“
