“I'd been wanting to check out Five Shores for awhile, and since we were going to be passing through the area, I suggested to my wife that we stop and check it out.It was a Monday in late November, and they had only been open for maybe 15-20 minutes, but there was already a small handful of people, so that was a good sign (I imagine they get very busy in the Summer).We ordered the Chili Cheese Pretzel Nugs to share (delicious), and a beer flight to sample. We enjoyed everything we tried, but because I still had some driving to do, we decided on some beers to go (my wife really enjoyed the brown ale, and I made sure to grab a couple of Harvest Machine hazy IPAs).I don't remember the names of the guys behind the counter, but they were warm and friendly, and answered any questions I had and made suggestions as well.We will definitely be back!NOTE:It was nice to see that they have games in house, so don't be afraid to bring the kids.“
“We have stopped into Stormcloud many times over the years and can say it has been consistently great. Stormcloud is one of our favorite breweries in Michigan. Their winter food and beer menu are great. We enjoyed the baked brie with cranberry apple jam. For dinner we had the okey dokey artichokey sandwich with chips and pickle slices and the southwest club. Both were tasty. The chips are delicious with great flavor and the pickles were also tasty and unique.“
