We love the Cool Spot for a treat in Frankfort. They have excellent ice cream flavours and dessert combinations, but most important for us, they manage food allergies very very well. We have both a dairy-free and peanut allergy in our family, which makes ice cream type desserts very difficult most of the time. Not at the Cool Spot! The cool spot is, and was, quite frankly, one of my favorite aspects of Frankfort. I go to Frankfort fairly often and always visit the cool spot. The employees are always very friendly, the ice cream is phenomenal, and the layout is even cute. I would highly recommend getting the cookie squall, which is my favorite. Great choice for any occasion!

This is the best ice cream place for a long ways. The employees work fast, the ice cream is just amazing, the place is inviting, there’s something for every one and it’s great value. The single scoop is humongous and they have unique flavors. I highly recommended the lemon cheesecake flavor.
