I 100% recommend Kilwins! My family visited this location and when I inquired about a peanut allergy for my child they were so accommodating. They were more than willing to use a clean scoop and open a new container of ice cream. The ice cream was delicious but the extra steps they took to accommodate us were even sweeter. We will be returning every time we are in town!
Everything is so delicious especially the toasted coconut and the dark chocolate cashew ice cream. Staff was exceptionally nice
My family and I have enjoyed Kilwins Frankfort since 2004! Love the atmosphere and excellent customer service too.

Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge offers friendly service, with a smile. The treats are so good: the hot chocolate is amazing, the sea salt caramels, and the ice cream--current fav flavor for summer is the key lime pie. The location GIVES BACK TO THE COMMUNITY, always donating and sponsoring a Monthly Movie Club that has donated more than $5,000 to local nonprofits. The staff is super friendly and helpful, with Theo being absolutely wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable about their products and always willing to help. Staff are also knowledgeable about ingredients, making it safe for those with food allergies by scraping off the top of the ice cream bucket and using clean scoops. The store reminds guests of Mackinaw Island. Guests enjoy a fresh waffle cone full of ice cream on a hot day and a free 1/2 lb of fudge with the purchase of one lb.
