I just ordered my food not to long ago and I the people who make the food sometimes either have bad eyesight and hearing or they sometimes don’t care how you order your food, because my soft shell taco supreme had sour cream when I said no sour cream because my stomach is like nope other then that it’s all good.
The facility is nice and new and clean. But the last few times I have used the drive thru, my order is always missing something. Forcing me to either go inside or drive thru again. The foods they make are good though.

This is my favorite taco bell I've ever been to, the workers are always friendly, quick to fix mistakes, and rarely get the orders wrong- when I say rarely I really do mean RARELY. The one time my online order was wrong was because someone had the same name as me on their order and thats a completely understandable mistake that they fixed without a problem.
