ordered breakfast. this place can never get a order right. tried calling them but never answered the phone but when they did they just hung up. food was made wrong and ice cold.
Ordered on app. Went in to counter. Employees were ignoring people in lobby (one man was waiting to pay!). Someone came out, put cash trays in registers, but did not acknowledge customers! I finally asked for my drink cup and took 3 people to figure that out (I pointed out my order ticket twice!). Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's. Will NOT go to that location again (15/Utica)
Always great service to this restaurant every single time brother I'm going to get any breakfast or whether I'm grabbing somebody something for lunch it's always a positive experience
