The slowest Biggby I’ve ever been to. Waiting for 30 minutes in a line of 3 people 30 minutes to order but blocked in by a car behind me so there’s no escape… 3 employees going home or to break when you have 3 waiting in a line for 30 minutes is not how you run a business… everyone pitches in to the end… when my workday ends I can say with certainty that I stay 2 hours longer by choice.

Save your money & just go to Starbucks if you want your drink to be made correctly. Don’t bother reaching out to the owner, as you will get no response.
I tried reaching out about the issue, no response. Through both email and now a comment. The workers do not own up to the $5 Friday. Twice now for me and multiple times before with my friends we have been charged full price. When confronted they just say no they didn’t add the discount and didn’t care to give us our money back that we shouldn’t have had to pay. Very disappointing experience.
