I tried reaching out about the issue, no response. Through both email and now a comment. The workers do not own up to the $5 Friday. Twice now for me and multiple times before with my friends we have been charged full price. Bad experience this morning. You know those coupons that you buy from school kids. Tried to use one and found out they are only good for two 20oz drinks according to the girl that took our order. My husband bought a 20oz, and I got a 16oz. Because I got a 16oz, the girl did not honor it. Never said a word. Looked up the charge and found out that way. Tried to explain

My customer service that i received today was the worst i ever had. She was rude and very disrespectful. I do not recommend going there if you’d like friendly service.
