they lock doors when people inside eating leaving people sit in drive thru for very long period of time THIS PLACE IS A JOKE not all wendys just the gaylord one
Today (12/29/20) at 11:55 large van in front of us holding the line up for over 20min (large order the drive thru said) finally get to order and the woman on the mic interrupted our order to force cookies down our throat...couldn’t even understand her the first two times and when we just went ahead with the order she said “so that’s a no to cookies then”? Literally the worst experience I've ever had at Wendy's was tonight. The line had 3 or 4 cars in it and was moving slow as dirt. I got to the speaker and the woman who took my order was very nice, sadly that was the only good part of my visit. The menu was really small so barely anything to choose from.
