I don't normally have issues with their food. The food is usually good and the staff is always friendly. But i went there for dinner the other day. With my dinner I ordered 2 apple pies. When I took a bite of my pie it tasted like it's been sitting out all day. It was nasty! I looked on the sticker for the time on the pies and they were for the AM. It was already 4pm. When i called they did apologize and they sounded like they meant it. But they said the sticker couldn't...

We live in Jenison and came to this Jenison McDonalds. one of the only ones. The food was great, the service was good, loved our time here. there is definitely a better McDonalds on Baldwin Street. but this is still really good.

Parking: I find parking all the time

Kid-friendliness: It's fine but could be better

Service is poor. They do not want to wait on you if you don't use the kiosk. They act like you are an inconvenience to be wait on you. The dining area is always dirty , tables dirty , drink area messy - the counter needs to be cleaned.
