“Its McDonald's!!!! Pretty sure everyone has been to one. What's frustrating is that 50% of the people ordering, order like it's there first time. If that's the case go inside and order your meal. Don't hold up the drive thru. No different then left lane cruising. Frustrating sitting in line with ppl asking questions in the drive thru, if you have to ask questions go inside, drive thru is for people that know what they want before they get there.“

“We stayed nearby for our son’s graduation ceremony from NMU and had the Friday fish and shrimp fry-yuuuuummmmmmyyyy! The servers were great and the bartender a hoot! Very homey vibes-so much so that we came back the next night for homemade custom pizza. Delish! Great fun!“

“Playing golf Island Resort. End of the day Casino had one restaurant open. Headed to to Escanaba and Ludington happened to 2nd choice other place closed. There were 11 of us hour before closing and the staff was great. Not to mention good food too. If your looking for solid meal make Ludington your 1st choice.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “Not good. EVERY TIME we order, we find in our bags, either no napkins, napkins at the bottom underneath all the food, and/or our food poorly wrapped and dumped out everywhere within the bag, fry bag half full....all the fries spewed anywhere BUT the envelope they SHOULD ALL be served in. I don't appreciate napkins (when they actually put them in) being on the bottom of the bag. The FIRST thing I like to take out is the napkin, as I like to lay the fries onto it. But can't do this when all the food is piled up on top of them. I don't like putting my fries directly onto a table without a napkin below. They stick out of the package and are greasy. Much more sanitary to use a napkin but can't get to the napkin without first pulling everything else out of the bag. This is both sloppy and annoying of McDonald's. Also last week, found a long black hair hanging out of my bag of fries, all bagged together in the $5 meal deal that my roommate bought for and brought home. I don't have long black hair and neither does my roommate who is bald! Called McDonald's to complain, threw the whole meal away being it was all contaminated being in same bag, let alone TERRIBLY GROSSED OUT! They said they would replace the meal by sending a coupon in the mail but all I got was a large fry! How does this refund my meal when I order to use the fry coupon, I would ALSO have to spend ADDITIONAL MONEY to buy a sandwich and drink to go with it????!!!!! The food with the hair in it WAS PART OF A COMBO MEAL!!! AND was the cheapest combo meal they offer....so how is it that McDonald's is so greedy and cheap that they can't even replace a friggin $5 meal???!!!! By only giving me a fry, they're actually causing me to have to PAY ADDITIONAL money that what was even ORIGINALLY SPENT buying the meal THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Why should I have to PAY for THEIR MISTAKE and also why SHOULD THEY GET TO PROFIT from THEIR MISTAKE and RIP OFF of a customer??? This is some of the WORST BUSINESS ETHICS I have EVER SEEN!!! I felt ripped off when I found the hair and DIDN'T GET any lunch that day. And I felt RIPPED OFF AGAIN A SECOND TIME, when they couldn't even compensate adequately!!! I have called corporate on the incident, and also telling EVERYONE I know how terrible their service has been!!! It must be noted here that while this did happen, but in the end this McDonald's store went good for the experience.“
