“I am not a pizza lover. Most people think I’m nuts. There was one pizza I really craved but the restaurant closed. My daughter told me to try Oven King. Yay! I found my new pizza place. Delicious. “Whoever was working on the night of september 14th 2025, YOU ARE THE G.O.A.T. 10/10 service, so friendly and us being new to michigan area, Showed us the best items to get and WOW, Portions were out of this world in quality/quantity!
I have been to alot of smaller pizza spots but i have now found my new favorite spot to grab a pizza whenever i am passing by or stopping in michigan!

“My only disappointment is that we didn’t find this place sooner! I’m not a sausage on my pizza lover, so the deluxe with ham instead INSTANTLY called me. The sesame seeds on the crust are a flavor I never knew my pizza needed. Cooked to perfection every time where the fresh veggies still have that perfect “crunch!”“

“I was ecstatic to see there is a Papa Murphy's in Escanaba! I wish there was one near me in Clarkston, MI! I love Papa Murphy's.... always fresh ingredients. We ordered a medium and the guy told us we can have a large for the same price! How great is that? Highly recommend!!“

“Grams was our first experience with pasties back in the summer of 2019, and my two teenagers and I tried the beef and rutabaga and fell in love! We went through the drive thru and took them to the beach and we all wished we had picked up more after we’d gone back to our VRBO. Every other place we’ve tried since then has been a disappointment! I wish they shipped frozen pasties!“

“We stayed nearby for our son’s graduation ceremony from NMU and had the Friday fish and shrimp fry-yuuuuummmmmmyyyy! The servers were great and the bartender a hoot! Very homey vibes-so much so that we came back the next night for homemade custom pizza. Delish! Great fun!“

“My family just loves the pizza from Mueller’s. They have a lot of choices in what goes on your pizza. Walking in is like stepping in to 1970 and they are open late. One thing that throws me off is this place has been here a long time, but those red curtains in the front window have been there since the place opened! Time for a change there, maybe I will ask them if they would like a new set but similar color.“

“Incredible owners and team of people who run this Domino’s. They set aside a morning for our homeschool co-op and had an entire field trip planned out perfectly for each of our kids. Not only that, but the pizzas they made were delicious!“
