“The manager of the store contacted me due to this review and I was in the area and stopped by. She was pleasant and professional and explained some of the variables at play here and a little inside into the Little Ceasars practices. She apologized, indicated that I can always call in an order with special requests... SADLY, she did tell me that the Old World Pepperoni Pizza promo ended... hopefully LC will make it a regular item. And she made me a new pizza that was fantastic. Thank you.I've ordered the Old World Pepperoni pizza before and love that there's little to no crust edge and the pizza was covered in OW pepperoni. Now that pizza is available to do a custom order and add other items. I ordered an OW pizza with Mushrooms and half with regular pepperoni. I expected the pizza I ordered to be made like the others I ordered but with the additional items. IT WAS NOT. THERE WAS A 1" OR LARGER CRUST ON THE OUTER EDGE AND IT HARDLY HAD ANY OW PEPPERONI ON IT. NOT ONLY WAS IT NOT MADE WELL IT WASN'T EVEN DONE. THERE WERE A COUPLE SPOTS WHERE THE CHEESE WASN'T EVEN MELTED. I BROUGHT IT HOME AND HAD TO BAKE IT MORE. I'VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH LITTLE CEASARS IN THE PAST. NOT THIS TIME.. HOPEFULLY ITS NOT A TREND. WE'LL SEE. I ALSO SENT A CUSTOMER COMMENT EMAIL AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE OR CONFIRMATION.“
