I just ordered 2 sandwiches and a coffee and asked for cream and sugar got a black coffee they never feel anything right so I had to dump the coffee . never again will I go to McDonald's
I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, I’ve deleted my app due to this location and will no longer be shopping at this or any other McDonald’s establishment anytime in the near future. Over the last year or so, I’ve literally gotten raw sausage on a biscuit, food actually cold, 25 minute wait , lost reciepts, have had to literally tell the people what my order was, what drinks, because they probably cleared it and lost track. This location is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. You can literally never get fresh fries, there's always something wrong with our order, and heaven forbid they actually give you sauce. Then today I get this McChicken... It looks like someone threw a fit putting it together. So fed up, they need to learn some tips from the pinconning and Midland locations because I rarely have a problem with them.
