“Pending review on recent order. I wasn't satisfied, and Olivia assured me that I would be made whole. My first ever visit maybe a year ago was great. Rib tips were nice, firm yet tender, and sauced just right. The cornbread was really good, the rest of the sides well, kinda blah. 2nd visit today 2024 the okra was amazing. Potato dippers were nice and hot, but there was no dip. I will update this review once Olivia and I get these burnt ends together. The service here is exceptional! The lady coloring in the lobby was amazing.“

Our party had the chef salad (which was huge and served with a piece of cornbread), black bean burger, burgers, patty melt, chicken club sandwich, fries and onion rings. “I tried the pulled pork sandwich with the pineapple habanero sauce, and it was really good. The pork was smokey and the sauce had a lot of pineapple flavor. The chips and guacamole were good too. I don't know if they make their own tortilla chips but either way they're crunchy and flavorful, similar to house-made chips.“

“Some of the BEST ribs I’ve ever had- would start a fist fight over the last one. Amazing selection of bbq sauces for them as well. Great drinks including mock tails! Fast and efficient service. The honey pecan butter for the cornbread is so fluffy and smooth, also has just the right amount or sweetness.“

“Decent BBQ. It’s hard to find good consistent BBQ in Flint. Many are hit and miss. Some days you’ll go to one of the BBQ spots the BBQ Is good, then the next day it’s bad. Famous Dave's is good 85% to 90% of the time. I’ve dined in, had take-out and delivery. There’s been a few occasions where I had to let them know, I was not pleased with my Ribs and they always fixed the problem without hesitation, I like that about them, but majority of the time when I get their Ribs and sides it’s all good. I usually order a 1/2 or full slab of St Louis style ribs, baked beans with corn muffin and coleslaw. Haven’t tried very many of their other dishes.“
