“Sam's Club for the win today. Bought one of their large fresh pot pies for dinner tonight; had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting a non-merging vehicle on the way home; Sam's Club graciously allowed me to exchange my mangled dinner for a new one. I called ahead of time to explain what happened and even though it was no fault of their own and didn't happen while still on their property, they still came through for me. Thank you so very much!“

“Was here 10/27 for a Caesar salad and chicken bacon sandwich (pick two). The salad was good with a good amount of parmesan cheese and the lettuce fresh. The 1/2 sandwich was good. The unsweetened ice tea was strong and fresh. The bill was over $18, so it is not very reasonably priced considering the amount of food you get. It was nice to have pleasant music playing so that I could have a conversation with my friend. PROS: food was fresh and good and the atmosphere pleasant. CONS: overpriced for what you get.“

“This is the best Biggby. When I go into the store the employees and management are always friendly and greet you with a smile. They always get my order on the counter as fast as they can. My coffee is always perfect. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for coffee or bagels.“

“2 hours after BAB had opened up, before lunchtime, they were completely Out of French toast bagels and only 1 left of Asiago Cheese bagels. Really,???!!! That's all I came in for. They're only open til 2 or 2:30pm. Like 4 or 5 hours daily. Rrrrrrr!!! Frustrating and expensive too. Very disappointed to have to settle for a dozen of the rest of the what's left.“

“Great food. Great service. My only complaint is they aren’t open later on Saturday! My daughter and I love going in after we get our nails done and there is one amazing server who remembers us and makes it a point to check out our nails, even if we aren’t being served by her. My daughter is obsessed with the breakfast burrito.“

“I tried the veggie wrap today and was positively surprised. Very good, lots of flavor. Recently, I tried the veggie wrap at Steady Eddie's at the Flint Farmers Market and the Palette Cafe is far better, hands down. Less expensive, as well. Kudos to the great staff at the FIA's Palette Cafe!“
