The food at Lucy’s in Grand Haven was excellent, and our waitress Johnny provided outstanding service. Unfortunately, all of that was overshadowed by the unacceptable behavior of Aaron, the manager. When we asked a simple and reasonable question, instead of addressing it professionally, he berated my wife, spoke down to us, and tried to turn the situation around to make us feel guilty for even bringing it up. Stopped into Lucy's Backyard for the first time today. Wow! We will definitely be back! Excellent food, great music, and, a fun Key West vibe. Give it a try if you haven't already. Sorry that we hadn't discovered it before now!!!
