Lucy's helped us with a recent catering event. Hunter was very helpful in recommending a menu and thinking through some of the logistics required for the location. Lucy's provided their own staff to assist during the event. These folks were equally helpful and attentive to our needs. The food was well complimented by our guests.

Much preferred it when it was a delicatessen. It was much more unique and special. It was my favorite place to go. Now it's just like every other modern restaurant with standard sub par fare. Prices are a bit steep for the quality received.

First time I was there. Christmas decorations were plentiful & put you in a festive mood.Waitress was cute, friendly & very attentive.Food was good comfort food(grilled cheese & homemade Tomato soup.Prices were standard.Will go back again & I will recommend it to other people.

I used Lucy's for a work event as caterers. They were absolutely fantastic. Manager Ashley and Chef Hunter in specific made my entire catering process super easy, and the food was delicious! They included serving trays, plates, utensils, condiments, and napkins. I would definitely use Lucy's again for an event and just as a go to downtown GH.

Finally got to Lucy’s, it’s been on my list of places I wanted to go, and it was amazing! We ordered the buffalo chicken dip, charcuterie board, and the short ribs. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was great too. They were busy, but the service was timely and attentive. I am so thankful that this is an option in the area, we are definitely going back.

I used to love Lucy’s but after they were closed (for so long!) and reopened, it’s not the same at all! Which is fine to change, but keep some of the good stuff at least. In my opinion, the menu is overpriced but I gave it a try, and the sandwich I had was so poorly made: it was so dry I checked to see if there was any mayo, it was small especially for the price, and tasted like it had been microwaved not grilled. Plus the side of chips tasted like a stale handful out of a ruffles bag. And the charcuterie board was very lack luster, like I put it together with dinner party leftovers at home. I appreciate that they made what they saw as upgrades to the space and it is very nice, but I feel like they lost a lot of quality and character. The backyard is a great space but the times I went after it reopened I heard staff arguing, and my service was very slow and rude. I’m not sure if they had a management change or something during the remodel but they lost my business. I love the back but if I want to have a drink outside, I’ll go to tip two with a view and support tip-a-few, who changed while maintaining the things people loved about them.I usually don’t write reviews but I was talking with some other locals who shared very similar opinions and experiences and some had not great things to say about management (can’t confirm them so won’t share). Basically I don’t want to spend my money there when I can get a sandwich anywhere else downtown. I used to come here all the time and I gave them quite a few tries once they reopened (I’ve worked in food, I know it takes some time to iron out kinks) but I’m done now. My business won’t break them but I wanted to share in case other locals were wondering a life-timers opinion and not a tourist!

You guys completely sold out to alcoholism! I just went there for the first time since the remodel, looks great by the way. But, for crying out loud. Lucy’s was the best lunch spot in town, a staple in grand haven. You guys cared about your food and made every sandwich like it was your own and with love. I would get lunch 2-4 days a week here, not anymore. I ordered the turkey and bacon sandwich, bacon was basically raw and the sourdough bread was not grilled. The 3 cheese bread for 14 dollars…… I’m not even going to get started with that. Where did you find this cook? Not only did you guys jack the prices for subpar food but no one seemed to care. The young man behind the bar today was great but now you have a bunch of teenagers on their phones while the tables and floors were disgusting. WE MISS THE OLD CREW AND LUCYS! You lost a loyal costumer.EDIT: I found the old crew!! They opened up a shop called Lakeside Eats. Stop in there if you miss the old Lucy’s!!!
