The Paisley Pig Gastropub offers excellent food and service, with a menu featuring delectable dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid back. The entrees are fantastic, like the 16 oz ribeye cooked to perfection and the crab topped salmon prepped dairy free. The Paisley Fried Chicken sandwich is the best sandwich ever, with bacon, pepper jack cheese, and homemade chips. The entire menu is handcrafted to offer a variety of delicious items, including awesome pizzas and the highly recommended Paisley grille. The food was as amazing as it looks, full of flavor and beautifully prepared to perfection. They also have good GF options available. The owner makes guests feel super welcomed and valued, working right alongside the team and creating a warm and welcoming family atmosphere. The entire staff was unbelievably friendly, attentive, prompt, and clearly passionate. Chef Carlos is extremely personable and engaging. This place is exactly what the area needs.
