“This "was" our favorite restaurant for frozen margaritas. The margaritas have less Tequila in them now. They are not as good. Very disappointing. If you need to increase the charge, do so. But leave the Tequila alone!“

The store is clean, the employees are kind and lively, and I've rarley had any sort of issues, and I've certainly never had one that wasn't swiftly rectified. “The mid michigan community is fortunate to have several choices for excellent, authentic, family owned taquerias and food trucks. Some old time favorites unfortunately are no longer around, especially Torres Taco House on Grand River on the North Side..And my all time favorite, Alvarado's, on Logan St. (MLK), on the South side. Hela's Kitchen sits right in the middle of those two Lansing Legends as far as Texas inspired flavor is concerned. The chicken taco plate and the shredded beef wet burrito are right up there with the best dinners available in town. As far as the mild salsa goes, let's just say they need to tweak it. Happy to have them on the West Side joining five other local taquerias in the neighborhood. Please stop in and support this family run business!“

“Wait staff was great even though they aren’t fully staffed…VERY FRIENDLY! Fairly attentive for how few there are, no complaints from me…I was kept fed with drinks so met my expectations. And I tried a cheesecake chimichanga today…never had one before and it was awesome! Like a cannoli…but better because I prefer sweet!“

“I have lived around here a while now and frequented this Taco Bell often. What I have seen is a continual effort to be better. I honestly believe the staff puts in real effort and works hard. I had previously rated this place lower, but the staff are great. The only issue this place ever has it that it the only place open after midnight. It’s not uncommon to see long drive through line, but I no doubt that they are working as fast as anyone would. The few times there has ever been any issue they have fixed it. Tonight I ordered through a third party and a side sauce was missing (2AM on a Saturday ) I called, and put in another delivery and they added everything missing. Even though I’m sure they were swamped they went out of their way to make it right“
