BIGGBY COFFEE offers great service, with cheery and friendly staff even near closing time. Customers experience generosity, as shown when a lost cat was found and the drink was complimentary. However, some disappointments include a turkey havarti bragel with minimal filling and a weak, lukewarm golden Chai. Despite having five staff members, the orders were not up to the mark, leaving the customer feeling let down and considering giving the Alpine location another chance.
