The Monte Cristo - deep fried bagel, ham, raspberry-Dijon mustard, Gruyère cheese, topped with powdered sugar. Let's start with the bagel. I thought other local bagel shops were already amazing. You can really tell when baked goods are fresh. They just have that immaculate texture and taste. We had the Monte Cristo, Spicy Boy and everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. The Monte Cristo was out of this world and I don’t even like mustard the bagels so thick and fluffy. Flavorful!
