BK on Alpine avenue in Grand Rapids is NOT OK. We went there Friday (7/23/2021) and entered around 435 pm to order. We weren’t provided our receipt so I don’t have more information. We weren’t confronted. The cash registrar employee took 5 minutes before validating us because we stepped aside because I was googling the menu since 1 of the screens were not working.
