Watched them taking care of other orders for doordash etc. A lot of places just set their online orders off with the name on it and hand it to the person and done. Sometimes not even a thank you. They treated everyone that walked in there attentively and good manners. Everything to encourage a return visit. My order was timely, correct and done well. Value for items I purchased was better than B-Dubs buy one wing get one 50% across the street. Some in the family wanted B-Dubs because of the skinny fries and cheese curds. They had a gift card. It was my birthday and I got six free wings there so I ordered to let them have those because I like DWC wings better. I wish I could order just the cheese curds fried at dwc because that's the only reason I would ever make a second stop myself. At the job she handed me my order and said have a good night but she didn't even look at me. Just said it and turned away, She had no line or a phone call. I had to ask for my receipt. It amused me because her name was Patience. Not feeling it that night. Your guys were stellar. I couldn't seem anything negative about Aden or Luke and because they double checked the receipt and it was $5 less than usual for the package I got. They realized it and then found out it was my birthday. They both very genuinely wished me a happy birthday and thanks for coming there. Location Knapps Corners Grand Rapids Michigan also I had to phone my order into b-dub because the online would not give me my reward and was trying to Bill me zero. A lot of people might have just submitted it that way but I was honest and I let them know and called. Your app and online ordering is always so easy. The only option I wish that DWC had is (even with an upcharge) to be able to make an order all flat or all drummies because certain individuals in our family for certain sauces have definite preferences. So just a suggestion.“

“My sister and I were visiting the area and were looking for some wings and were led to this place. From the moment we stepped inside Rico was welcoming, and we struck up a great conversation. He gave us his recommendations about what to try when we told him what we were looking for, and they did not disappoint.

I had the lemon pepper rub and my sister had the wet lemon pepper sauce. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and the flavors were very apparent. He gave us a honey mustard barbecue sauce to sample that was outstanding! Lived it with my fries. Drink options include kool aid, and although I didn’t have any, this was a nice throwback to childhood.

“My girlfriend and her friends have gone a few times and is a cool place. The security there on the weekends she has gone is great. Saturday nite ( I am pretty sure of the names) Jamie ( she said was walking around) and Matt ( was security at the door) were amazing. Very friendly and kept an eye on everything. Were on top of the place and my girl and her friends felt at ease with them watching.. They will definitely be going back feeling safe. The bull is amazing and the live music rocked. She said any questions she had Matt answered professionally and Jamie was ontop of keeping the tables clear and open for people to sit.“

“We did 13.95 for so called homemade "hash" it was a joke. it was the size of a drinking cup around and flat in size. That and toast. drinks were 3.99 no refill. Plus they were serving coke out of 2 L. warm. When served warm and adding ice, it diluted it. We get better food for same price at Mr. Burger with refills on drinks. Glad their closing. Not even acceptional food. I fell bad for the waitress. She was awsome.“

“Their New York style pizza crust was a pretty good take on NY pizza, but the rest of the pie was not NY. I am not from NY but have spent my share of time on nybpizza quests in all 5 boros. This pie way too much of the mozzarella they brag about that was loaded on a sauce that has ZERO to do with the basil/ fennel sweetness of a NY pie. To serve a NY pie, you can't use a detroit sauce and it is essential to use a blend of cheeses instead of overdoing the mozzarella to the point of being the rubbery schmotz we received. Place was clean, phone order was efficient and our pies were ready when we arrived. As for detroit style pizza?... it's not my thing. In a pinch I would go to a jets again for cleanliness, service, and great attitude... but the food is not my fave“

- Cheese Burger - $8: The burger patty was medium well and decent. The toppings (lettuce, onion, and tomato) were extremely fresh and crisp. The mayo was extremely light and there was no ketchup. They did not have many of the typical burger sauces available in the dining area so I skipped adding more rather than asking at the counter. The bun was huge comparatively, soft but dense, and overall great.

- Fried Chicken Sandwich - $9: A breaded and fried chicken piece in a hoagie bun with fresh lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayo. Delicious and large.

Their menu is quite extensive and unique. They have basic American food including burgers, phillies, fries, onion rings, chicken nuggets and wings, fish, and salad. They also have some unique items as well including gyros, egg rolls, crab rangoon, okra, crab, shrimp, mussels, crawfish, clams, lobster tail, and more.

- Service: Got the order right and was helpful. Mainly to the point. You order at the counter and pick it up at the counter when called.

- Atmosphere: There are about four tables with four chairs each. There is a self-serve soda dispenser (water available), a few basic condiments (no mayo), and a restroom. It was kept clean and updated.

- Conclusion: Good value and a basic restaurant atmosphere.

“I ordered a sausage pepperoni pizza last week and only 3.5 slices of pizza had any sausage.
I used the app to complain and I was comped the next pizza. I ordered a Philly cheese steak too and it's the first time I've tried anything other than pizza and it was hot, filling and delicious.

Because the acknowledged my complaint and made things right by comping my newest order I'm more than happy to give the establishment 5 STARS

“Chicken Coop serves food that’s rich in taste and full of flavor. It has honestly become my go-to spot for midnight cravings! My friends and I love heading out after 12 AM, and since this place is open until 4 AM, it’s absolutely perfect for late-night outings.
I can’t express enough how much I appreciate this place the staff is incredibly sweet and super friendly, which makes every visit even better. The chicken over rice is a must-try! It even reminds me a bit of Indian biryani, so if you ever get late-night biryani cravings, this spot will definitely hit the mark.

Shout out to the Battle Creek location that took care of me for 20+ years and they are great. I was so relieved that this location on Plainfield is also staffed with such a nice crew.
