I had a problem based on an issue with the online ordering site. Everyone working here was helpful-especially the manager! She helped me place my order in person and was able to apply coupon codes. I gave a tip and she said “we really appreciate it. Everyone in the kitchen works really hard and we will get your food ready as quick as we can.” She genuinely wants to help customers and support the rest of her team- especially impressive during the dinner rush!
