The pumpkin cookie was really gooey like “wet” and it was underdone. The M&M cookie was hard and did not taste fresh baked today at all. Fortunately I only bought the minis. Not worth the price at all.

I live north of this Crumbl and do not get into Grand Rapids often. I was recently visiting Milwaukee and my sister introduced me to Crumbl. The next time I was near GR we made certain to pick up some cookies and brought a treat to my elderly mum-in-law. My favorite is the lemon cookies.

Delicious cookies! The team was overwhelmed with all of the orders and ran out of cookies that were already paid for. They did offer refund or replacement. Helpful, but they were definitely way behind on orders and order fulfillment.

Parking: Good parking

Kid-friendliness: Cookies displays kids can touch.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking at the front door and no steps to get into the store.
