Firehouse Subs serves food that tastes like firehouse, with decent prices. The food is pretty damn good, though not the prettiest. For medium size subs, two turkey bacon ranches with an Italian and the club sandwich came out on time. They do the right type of wheat bread. Pay a little extra for that quality. A chocolate chip cookie was so good, especially warmed up in the microwave for 30 seconds and dunked in milk. However, ordering from the inconspicuous self serve kiosk is not efficient or good customer service. One experience was disappointing: a complicated order was taken correctly, but the sub had cheese which was not wanted and no pickles like asked, plus a small drink instead of the medium paid for. At the airport, quality is 4/5 if regular good subs are 5/5, but service can be 10/10.
